Speaking of sitting for a period. Even though I am in maintenance, I do have some seat time because I am also in charge of inventory control. Ordering parts, locating parts or special items, checking the warehouse inventory. I monitor my seat time and then I add a walk into it, say, I need to go to one end of the warehouse to check on inventory,
When I have to make repairs, I try to bend over. Now, at my age, my back is pretty week. I try to bend more. For the most part, I can for a short time, then I become very nauseous.
My eating habit has changed somewhat. This strike me as odd since this usually does not happen til about the third week in once you start from "dormant". You can force yourself to a new eating habit from the start, but you will be better to let it happen, at first, naturally. What has happen to me is that I eat less, but more often and I do not eat about 2 hours before I go to bed. I do drink more water at that time also, which does make me get up more often at night to use the bathroom. I suppose this is coming from my subconscious from where before when I have been on an extreme workout and diet regiment.
One thing I am doing now, well, I have been doing, but more of since I started this, is adding more spices to my foods. The kind that will make you sweat while eating, like you just came off of a 10 mile run. Mostly, I take crushed red peppers and grind them into a powder, ground red pepper. I love spicy foods, preferably the ones that will make you sweat, not burn your mouth.
